Aha, clever... lol!
Fair enough, and guess that will do.
How sweet is this!mindlovemisery
there is only one answer :)
This is beautiful. I'm a big fan of ending a poem in such a way that it flows back into the title for the actual finish.Looks like you and Grace are on the same wavelength with titles.
You are hiding again. Ha.Funny, it may have been Grace's title that started me off but I did not notice til this morning. I had this overwelming emotion last night, and started singing to myself seeking peace. I was singing "I need You" by Chris Tomlin and was doing some variations on the words and this kinda popped out.
That's more beautiful than the poem; thank you for sharing your heart with us. And I do hope you found the peace you were looking for.
The best part of short poetry (when properly done) is that it says more (and hides more, too, till the hammer comes down anyway.) Sometimes the question is hard, but the answer is easy.
once when my little one was very sick and i at my wisdom and strength's end i remember running up a hill in pouring rain, shouting at god. when i reached the top of the hill i was pouring wet and gasped for breath and god said one sentence: where were you when i made the world? and he said this with so much love and care and tenderness that i realized no matter what happens, he's in control and he loves me and i don't need to know all the answers - if i know him - it is answer enough
That is a good answer to so many questions!
You.......got me smiling ~ Hey, I was expecting a haiku, ha..ha.. Grace
Ha. The title is wonderful here. k.
So few words...that say so much! ;)Brilliant piece! :))
sometimes "you" is all you need to know...it is the answer...
only because you will it X
Sometimes that is all we need. Love how the piece flows back to the title
